Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare business development or sales, with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare sector, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business expansion.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align business development efforts with company goals.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts for management review.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in business development or sales within the healthcare industry.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of healthcare services and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
