Sr Sales Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr Sales Executive located in Gandhidham. The Sr Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and developing sales strategies, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities, and negotiating sales contracts. The role will also involve analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to drive business growth. Additionally, the Sr Sales Executive will mentor junior sales staff and ensure targets are met.

• Experience in managing and developing sales strategies and identifying business opportunities
• Strong skills in establishing and maintaining client relationships, and negotiating sales contracts
• Analytical skills for market trend analysis and preparing sales reports
• Ability to collaborate with marketing teams and drive business growth
• Experience in mentoring junior sales staff and ensuring sales targets are met
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the logistics and supply chain industry is a plus
