Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and lead our sales efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and is motivated by a competitive, performance-based compensation structure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new leads within the assigned territory or market segment through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and email outreach.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with new and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to close deals effectively and profitably.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform and refine sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in the company's CRM software.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
  • Provide regular sales reports and performance forecasts to senior management.

Compensation and Benefits

This is a target-based, high-earning potential position designed to reward top performers.

  • Base Salary: A competitive base salary to provide financial stability.
  • Commission: An uncapped, performance-based commission structure tied directly to achieving and exceeding sales targets. The higher your performance, the greater your earning potential.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • A minimum of 3 -5 years of proven experience in a sales role, with a strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (ZOHO)
  • A self-motivated, results-driven, and persistent attitude.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
