Sr Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive for Grundfos Make Pumps/Hydro pneumatic systems, your role involves engaging in institutional/project sales targeting commercial projects, residential buildings, townships, hostels, hospitals, and hotels. Your responsibilities will include: - Meeting consultants, architects, and builders to understand their requirements and promote Grundfos Pumps. - Developing a comprehensive business plan to drive organizational sales, focusing on sales, revenue, and expense controls. - Working towards meeting and exceeding planned sales goals within the Gujarat sales area. - Monitoring sales progress, tracking goals, and providing necessary reports. - Collaborating with the marketing team to generate leads and enhance brand visibility. - Participating in ongoing sales and product training sessions to stay updated on industry trends. - Mentoring and motivating your sales team, offering guidance and product knowledge education to enhance performance. - Actively promoting Grundfos products and the organization to potential clients. Qualifications required for this role: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in the pump or hydro pneumatic systems industry. - Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and drive sales. - Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales targets. - Knowledge of the Gujarat market and prior experience in institutional/project sales will be an added advantage.
