Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding and identifying business opportunities through a variety of source

Be part of a team that changing the logistics landscape and helping grow the global reach of Indian agriculture.

Responsibilities:

Focus on building new business, increasing customer loyalty, and forging strong relationships with external clients.
Accountable for managing & developing Key accounts for the company.
Collaborate with the sales team to provide pricing data, assist in preparing quotations, and respond to business opportunities by efficiently coordinating deals & helping the sales team to win deals.
Accountable to support the sales team with liaising between multiple departments.
Visit client location as & when required along with operation and sales team to present company solution to the client.
Defining, compiling & analyzing agreed KPI information to ensure optimal efficiency & performance.
Reviewing & monitoring internal processes to ensure optimum efficiencies.
Ensuring that operational plans are developed and implemented in line with business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations and customer support to ensure successful logistics operations.

Preferred candidate profile:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field.
Proven success in sales with a strong ability to develop new business and nurture existing relationships.
In-depth knowledge of export logistics and a strong understanding of the NVOCC role.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
Strong closing skills and assertiveness in sales.
Experience working with CRM systems to manage and track sales activities.
Knowledge of sea freight operations is a plus.
