Key Responsibilities:
Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture
Drive Sales Growth: Manage sales and marketing of WMI products across Chhattisgarh, focusing on both Original Equipment (OE) and Aftermarket (AM) segments.
Customer & Dealer Engagement: Build strong relationships through regular customer visits, dealer management, and effective enquiry handling.
Techno-Commercial Expertise: Prepare and present compelling proposals, lead discussions, and drive order closures with clients.
Business Development & Reporting: Identify new opportunities, track customer needs, and provide weekly updates to support strategic decisions.
Operational Excellence: Utilize SAP for efficient order processing and ensure timely receivable management and promotional activities
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
Good communication skills / Interpersonal skills
Experience in sales & marketing of slurry pumps / Minerals Processing equipment / Exposure to industrial product sales in Eastern India or in Chhattisgarh state.
Sales skills, preparation of proposals etc.
