Job Description

4+ years of relevant experience in the sales of Drive Products, Control Panels, and Automation Projects. Strong technical understanding of VFDs, PLCs, SCADA systems, Motors, Drives, and Electrical Control Panels. Responsible for identifying new business opportunities and generating quality leads. Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat and long-term business.
Conduct client visits, product presentations, and technical discussions to understand project requirements.
Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals tailored to customer needs. Handle negotiations, contract finalization, and successful closure of sales deals. Collaborate with engineering, project, and service teams for solution design and project execution.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and track competitor activities. Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets. Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the management team.
Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility. Ability to convert technical challenges into practical, value-driven solutions for clients. Strong communication, presentation, and customer-handling skills. Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
