Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Jaipur for a Senior Sales Engineer. The role involves providing technical support to clients, preparing and delivering product presentations, assisting in the development of technical solutions, and contributing to sales processes. The Senior Sales Engineer will work closely with clients to address queries, maintain relationships, and assist in driving business results by identifying opportunities and delivering effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support, with the ability to design and deliver tailored solutions to meet customer needs
• Strong Communication and Sales skills for engaging with clients, presenting solutions, and negotiating deals effectively
• Experience in providing excellent Customer Service to build and maintain relationships and address client concerns
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams and work on-site in Jaipur
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field with a focus on technical and sales experience
• Familiarity with the car parking systems industry is an added advantage/ Elevator/ Building Material.
• Minimum 3 years experience
