Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Technician located in Chennai. The Service Technician will be responsible for conducting maintenance and repair of parking systems, troubleshooting issues, providing field service, and ensuring that all systems function correctly and safely. The role also requires interaction with customers to provide excellent service and support.

Qualifications

• Maintenance & Repair skills
• Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively
• Experience in field service
• Strong customer service skills
• Relevant certifications in technical fields are a plus
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant technical or vocational training is advantageous
