Job Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and develop business opportunities in the refrigeration & HVAC sector.
• Visit customers, understand technical requirements, and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close orders.
• Coordinate with the production & service teams for order execution.
• Build strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and industrial clients.
• Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback.

Key Skills Required

• Strong technical knowledge of refrigeration systems, HVAC products, cooling units, compressors, etc.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide technical solutions.
• Strong negotiation & closing skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in technical sales (Refrigeration/HVAC preferred).
• Knowledge of industrial customers, cold storage, commercial refrigeration, and service processes.
