As a Senior Sales Engineer at Mantech Automation Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling Honeywell Industrial Products, focusing on Gas Leak Detection Systems, Gas Sensors, and related solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Generating new business leads by visiting industrial areas and manufacturing hubs. - Identifying decision-makers, scheduling appointments, and delivering presentations on Honeywell solutions. - Conducting product demonstrations and highlighting technical/functional benefits to clients. - Establishing and nurturing strong customer relationships to drive long-term business growth. - Creating and sharing quotations, negotiating pricing, and closing deals effectively. - Ensuring prompt follow-up on inquiries and converting them into confirmed orders. - Providing regular reports and updates to the General Manager of Sales on activities, leads, and progress. - Acting as a key representative of the company at client sites to uphold brand reputation. - Being prepared for extensive travel across Delhi-NCR and North India. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering. - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial automation sales with brands like Honeywell, Siemens, ABB, or Schneider. - Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support. - Strong communication and customer service skills. - Previous experience in sales and relationship management. - Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach. - Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India. - Prior exposure to industrial automation or related fields would be advantageous.
