As an Industrial Automation Engineer specializing in process control systems using Allen-Bradley or Rockwell Automation platforms, your primary responsibility will be to design, program, troubleshoot, and optimize industrial automation systems in manufacturing or process industries. Your expertise in PLC programming, SCADA & HMI development, process control implementation, networking & communication, instrumentation & field devices, system integration, testing & commissioning, and documentation & compliance will be crucial for the successful execution of your role. You will be tasked with developing, modifying, and optimizing PLC programs using Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation software such as RSLogix 500, RSLogix 5000, and Studio 5000. Additionally, you will configure and maintain SCADA/HMI systems like FactoryTalk View, Wonderware, or Ignition for process monitoring and control purposes. Your role will also involve designing and implementing PID loops, motor control, flow, temperature, and pressure control strategies to ensure efficient process control. Furthermore, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining industrial communication protocols such as EtherNet/IP, ControlNet, and DeviceNet. Integrating and calibrating sensors, transmitters, and actuators for industrial applications, as well as working with VFDs, DCS, robotics, and other automation components for seamless integration will also be part of your daily tasks. Leading system validation, testing, and on-site commissioning at client locations, developing technical documentation, SOPs, and ensuring compliance with industry standards like ISA, IEC, and NFPA will also be essential aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related engineering field. Your skills in field devices, system integration, HMI development, technical documentation, networking, troubleshooting, communication protocols, process control implementation, instrumentation, process control, compliance, testing, Allen-Bradley, SCADA development, industrial automation, commissioning, and PLC programming will be instrumental in meeting the job requirements effectively.,
