Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for executing both long-term and short-term sales strategies to drive business growth for HVAC & BMS sensor products (Temperature, Humidity, CO, Differential Pressure, Flow, AHU/FCU Controllers) in the Ahmedabad region. Your role will involve analyzing market trends, monitoring competition, and identifying opportunities to achieve sales targets. Developing strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and end-users within the Data Centres, HVAC, and BMS segments will be crucial. Proactively identifying and connecting with new clients using strategic sales and marketing efforts will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be expected to build and maintain long-term customer relationships by understanding their technical requirements and offering tailored solutions. Providing pre- and post-sales support, including resolving client concerns and offering actionable improvements, will be essential. It will be important for you to effectively communicate the technical and commercial advantages of Omicron's solutions. Preparing quotations, conducting negotiations, and closing sales orders within stipulated timeframes will also be part of your role. Monitoring and reporting competitor activities, including pricing and marketing strategies, will be required. Furthermore, you will be responsible for handling a team of junior technical sales engineers and preparing customer visit plans while providing timely reports on meeting outcomes and follow-up actions.
