Sr. Recruitment Specialist

Vruksha International School of Montessori, a pioneer in providing authentic Montessori education up to the 12th standard, is looking for a dynamic Senior HR Recruitment Specialist to join our team. Role Overview:

As an HR Recruitment Specialist, you will be at the forefront of building our team of passionate Montessori educators across all branches. Your role will involve:

• Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and recruit qualified Montessori teachers for various positions across our branches.
• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from job postings and interviews to offer letters and onboarding.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with branch heads and management to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
• Candidate Engagement: Maintain seamless communication with candidates, providing a positive and professional experience.
• Multitasking: Handle multiple positions simultaneously, ensuring all roles are filled within set deadlines.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular recruitment reports to management, highlighting progress and challenges.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
• Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Organizational Skills: High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple recruitment processes concurrently.
• Experience: Proven experience of minimum 3 years in recruitment, preferably in the education sector.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.
• Passion for Education: A genuine interest in Montessori education and its principles.
