Senior Recruitment Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage

  end-to-end recruitment

  for domestic and international positions — sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and facilitating onboarding.
• Partner with business and hiring managers to

  understand role requirements

  and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through

  multiple channels

  including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and social networks.
• Conduct detailed candidate evaluations to ensure

  cultural and technical fit

• Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and hiring reports to ensure visibility and accountability.
• Manage

  offer negotiations

  and ensure a seamless candidate experience from interview to onboarding.
• Stay updated with

  market trends, salary benchmarks, and best recruitment practices

  in both domestic and global markets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree

  (MBA in HR or equivalent preferred).

• 3–6 years of hands-on recruitment experience

  , including both

  international and domestic markets

• Proven ability to hire for

  mid to senior-level roles

  across multiple domains (IT / Non-IT / Corporate functions).
• Proficiency in

  recruitment tools and platforms

  like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other sourcing databases.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting stakeholder relationships.
• High sense of ownership, organization, and the ability to

  manage multiple priorities
