Experience Required Minimum 3 years in recruitment (IT and Non-IT)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both IT and Non-IT roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other innovative channels.
• Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in handling IT and Non-IT recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using job portals, ATS systems, and social media for recruitment.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requirements effectively.
