Job Description

About the Role:

Seeking a highly skilled Sr. QA Tester with 7 years of experience to join our dynamic team.

Requirements

Proficiency in EDI testing along with a sound understanding of healthcare file formats, particularly X12.
Expertise in designing and developing effective testing strategies and approaches.
Ability to work independently with a self-directed mindset to identify testing gaps and quality improvement opportunities.
Capability to validate EDI files such as 834, 837, 999, 276/277 and 835 in alignment with HIPAA standards.
Hands-on experience in testing X12 transactions and their integration with backend systems.
Collaborate closely with developers and EDI analysts to manage accurate data mapping and validation.
Familiarity with Edifecs tool is required.
Ability to analyse business requirements and functional specifications to formulate appropriate test strategies.
Proficiency in creating and executing test cases, test scripts and maintaining traceability matrices.
Sound experience in conducting functional, regression, integration and system-level testing.
Proficiency in logging, tracking and verifying defects using the Tricentis qTest defect management tool.
Working knowledge of SQL for performing data validation tasks.
Expertise in Agile methodologies and frameworks.
At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience in EDI development or EDI support.
Capability to interpret and analyse EDI loops, segments and elements to ensure compliance and correctness.
Expertise in troubleshooting EDI issues, conducting root cause analysis and providing timely resolutions.
