Sr. QA Automation Engineer

We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Python and Selenium and a minimum of 4 years of experience in test automation. The ideal candidate should have experience leading a small team, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive quality initiatives across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Python and Selenium
• Create and execute automated test scripts for web applications
• Lead and mentor a small team of QA engineers, providing guidance and technical support
• Review test plans, test cases, and automation scripts
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and daily stand-ups
• Identify, report, and track defects using tools like JIRA / Azure DevOps / Bugzilla
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to ensure high-quality deliveries
• Analyze automation results and provide detailed test reports to stakeholders
• Ensure best practices are followed in test automation and quality processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in QA Automation
• Strong proficiency in Python and Selenium
• Experience with test frameworks like PyTest / Unittest / Behave
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins / GitHub Actions
• Knowledge of Git, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with API testing using Postman / RestAssured / Python libraries
• Experience in team handling / technical leadership
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Good to Have

• Experience with Docker / Kubernetes
• Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter
• Experience with BDD/TDD methodologies
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
