Sr. Purchase Executive

• Supplier management: Research, identify, and evaluate potential suppliers. Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms to secure the best value.
• Procurement and order processing: Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions. Track orders to ensure timely delivery and coordinate with logistics if needed.
• Inventory management: Monitor stock levels, forecast material requirements, and place orders to maintain an optimal inventory without stockouts.
• Quality assurance: Ensure that purchased products and services meet the company's quality standards and requirements.
• Internal coordination: Collaborate with various internal departments to understand their needs and align procurement with business objectives.
• Record keeping and reporting: Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance. Prepare reports on procurement activities and expenditures.
• Issue resolution: Address any issues with suppliers, such as discrepancies in orders, under- or over-shipments, or damaged goods.
• Market analysis: Stay informed about market trends, new products, and changes in regulations that may impact purchasing decisions.
