Sr. Purchase Executive

As a Senior Purchase Executive at Bits N Bytes Soft Pvt Ltd, your role will involve managing and controlling all external suppliers, focusing on purchasing materials and finished parts for production. You will be responsible for ensuring that parts and materials are procured at competitive prices and delivered on time. Your key responsibilities will include: - Establishing strategic relationships with key suppliers aligned to company needs. - Developing, implementing, and managing the Procurement and Store Strategy. - Evaluating vendors, negotiating prices, delivery schedules, and terms and conditions. - Developing suppliers through collaboration, innovation, and evaluation. - Implementing a quality culture at the vendors' end through auditing and guidance. - Identifying new suppliers, negotiating supply agreements, discount structures, and volume rebates. - Continuously improving purchasing methods to reduce external spend. - Conducting supplier visits as and when required, even at short notice. - Reviewing the purchasing function, identifying improvements, and implementing them to enhance production efficiencies. - Ensuring stringent material control to meet company targets in terms of spend, usage, scrap, and inventory levels. - Experience in team handling.
