Job Description

Role Description:

The Senior Project Management Coordinator (PMC), Global Learning Solutions (GLS), reports to the Lead Project Manager and supports Global Learning & Performance (GL&P) Learning Professionals and Instructional Designers (IDs) across all regions.

The PMC manages day-to-day project tasks including intake, scoping, scheduling meetings, updating project records, and tracking deliverables. The role ensures that GLS processes are followed, documentation is maintained, and timelines are met.

The PMC applies knowledge of project management practices to assigned projects, works under general direction, and escalates issues to the Lead Project Manager as needed

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead intake and scoping activities by scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and capturing notes and action items.
  • Develop and maintain project plans and timelines for assigned projects.
  • Maintain project portfolio records and documentation in SharePoint and Box.
  • Communicate with Instructional Designers, Developers, Learning Professionals, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
  • Monitor project status and escalate issues or delays to the Lead Project Manager when necessary.
  • Manage project closeout by ensuring files are archived and documentation is complete.
  • Contribute to team process improvements by using established templates, checklists, and documentation standards.

Basic Qualifications and Experience:

  • Masters degree or Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, IT or related field

AND

  • 3 years of relevant work experiencein project coordination, administrative, or training support experience

Functional Skills:

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Experience scheduling and leading project meetings and tracking deliverables
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Experience working with SharePoint or similar project tracking tools
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training processes
  • Exposure to instructional design or eLearning development projects
  • Basic knowledge of project management practices and tools (e.g., MS Project)
  • Experience supporting vendor or translation projects

Professional Certifications (please mention if the certification is preferred or mandatory for the role):

  • Project management coursework or CAPM certification a plus but not required
