Lead end-to-end management of FB projects including new restaurant openings, kitchen fit-outs, renovation projects, and expansion initiatives.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against these benchmarks.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and FB operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
Monitor procurement activities and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment specific to FB setups.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations throughout project lifecycle.
Manage risks, resolve project issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Conduct regular project meetings and status updates with clients and internal teams.
Mentor and guide junior project staff to build a capable project delivery team.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and client satisfaction.
