Sr Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of multiple, concurrent projects across product development, operations, and supply chain.

• Collaborate with RD, marketing, procurement, quality assurance, production, and regulatory teams to deliver on-time, in-scope, and within-budget results.

• Develop comprehensive project plans with defined milestones, risks, contingencies, and KPIs.

• Oversee new product introductions (NPIs), plant expansions, process improvements, or market launches.

• Manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with food safety and quality standards (e.g., FDA, USDA, HACCP, SQF).

• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve issues, and ensure stakeholder transparency.

• Maintain project documentation, conduct post-mortem analyses, and apply lessons learned for continuous improvement.

• Track and report progress using tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, or other PM software.

• Present status updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
