Position Summary

We are looking for a results-oriented Project Manager to lead end-to-end data management and cloud integration projects. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teamsincluding technical leads, solution architects, and client stakeholdersto deliver high-impact data solutions on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and deliver multiple data integration and MDM-related projects using Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodologies.
Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.
Coordinate with internal and client teams across geographies to ensure successful project execution.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear communication, status reporting, and stakeholder alignment.
Lead project governance meetings, track KPIs, and ensure adherence to scope, budget, and schedule.
Collaborate with solution architects and technical leads to align deliverables with business objectives.
Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and proactively manage issues to resolution.
Ensure quality assurance and compliance with internal and client-side best practices and standards.
Support effort estimations, resource planning, and proposal development when needed.

Must-Have Skills

8-12 years of total experience, with at least 4 years in a Project Manager or Delivery Manager role.
Strong background in managing data-related projects , including integration, analytics, and modernization.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in project planning tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, or Smartsheet.
Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and DevOps/CI-CD practices.
Experience working with globally distributed teams and enterprise clients.

Good-to-Have Skills

Proven track record of managing data integration , cloud , or MDM projects using Informatica IDMC components such as CDI, CAI, CDQ, and MDM SaaS .
Knowledge of Snowflake , Databricks , or other cloud-native data platforms.
Familiarity with Data Governance , Data Quality , and Metadata Management concepts.
PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification.
Experience in pre-sales , RFP responses , or POC execution .
