Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Interact with customers to understand the requirements and the Scope and approach of the project.
Building FE model in ANSA software for crash analysis of automotive assemblies.
Meshing of the different automotive components in ANSA as per the required quality parameters
Modelling connections like bolts, spot welds, adhesives, hinges, latches, etc. to integrate the assemblies
Review and finalize the model for Crash simulation
Debugging the error encountered during the analysis
Delivering models without errors by performing all basic checks and test simulations.

Skills and Experience Required:

BE / B Tech (Mechanical / Aerospace / Aeronautical Engineering) + Experience: 3-5 Years
Experience in full vehicle integration projects for trucks, cars, etc. for LS Dyna solver
Ability to debug the errors encountered during analysis / test simulations.
Good understanding of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) theory and practices.
Good verbal and written communication skills, Ability to create clear and concise technical documentation.
Good Team player.
Good proficiency in FEA tools: ANSA, LS PrePost (optional)
Good proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
