Sr. Project Consultant-Business Consulting PI-GOV-CNS-BC

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Consultant to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in Government consulting, Project Management, and delivery. ### Roles and Responsibility Independently lead tracks and manage client-facing junior team members in designing, developing, and implementing solutions. Manage engagement risk, project planning and budgeting, define deliverable content, and coach team members. Support seniors in Business Development by developing high-quality concept notes, proposals, and responses to RFPs for Government and funded projects. Coordinate and facilitate delivery of project objectives, track progress, and review project tasks to meet deadlines. Proactively communicate project status, issues, and risks to management, conducting regular status meetings with stakeholders. Develop and maintain contact with top decision-makers at key clients, organizing and leading pursuit teams, and participating in proposal development processes. ### Job Requirements Bachelor's degree + MBA/PGDM or equivalent Master's degree from a reputed institute with a good academic background. Minimum 5 years of experience in Government consulting, Project Management, and delivery, including at least 3 years in MSME-related projects. Possess strong skills in SOP preparation, process improvement, strategic planning, city planning, and documentation/report writing. Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. Exhibit a practical approach to solving complex problems, delivering insightful and practical solutions. Be agile, curious, mindful, and able to sustain positive energy, adaptable, and creative in approach.
