Job Description

We are looking for a Product Specialist who will deeply understand our platform and become the bridge between our product, sales, and customers. This role involves leading product demos, answering user queries, training customers, and representing company at webinars, seminars, and industry events.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of stocks, mutual funds, and investment products. Prior experience as a Relationship Manager or Advisory / Sales role in a broking or investment firm will be a strong advantage. (Non - Negotiable)

Fluency in English is mandatory; Gujarati and Hindi are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Product Understanding & Ownership

  • Gain in-depth knowledge of iRecord features, workflows, and real-world use cases
  • Understand accounting, GST, and especially investment & portfolio accounting workflows
  • Stay updated on new feature releases and communicate user feedback to the product team

- Customer Engagement & Demo Calls

  • Conduct live product demos for prospective and existing users
  • Explain product value clearly to CAs, investors, traders, wealth managers, and SMEs
  • Tailor demos to different user profiles and requirements

- Query Handling & Customer Success

  • Address user questions related to product usage and investment accounting workflows
  • Guide customers during onboarding and adoption
  • Coordinate with the support/tech team for escalations

- Training, Workshops & Thought Leadership

  • Conduct online and offline training sessions
  • Represent iRecord at seminars, industry events, and webinars
  • Help create knowledge content, product walkthroughs, and training materials

- Product & Market Advocacy

  • Act as a trusted advisor for users
  • Collect structured feedback and insights from the field
  • Support product positioning and user-education initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–8 years’ experience in:
  • Product specialist / presales / customer success roles or
  • Relationship Manager roles in broking, wealth management, or investment firms
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • Stocks & mutual funds, bonds etc
  • Investment products & capital markets
  • Portfolio & investment accounting concepts
  • Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory)
  • Gujarati & Hindi fluency highly preferred
  • Strong presentation & public-speaking skills
  • Ability to simplify financial & product concepts for users

Preferred Background

  • Experience with Fintech / SaaS / Accounting or Investment platforms (preferred)
  • Prior exposure to CA firms, wealth offices, traders, or brokerage environments
  • Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA / CA-Inter / NISM-certified (preferred but not mandatory)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
