Job Description

  • Manage procurement and suppliers for instruments, IT equipment, and components...etc.
  • Handle negotiations and contracts for administrative and facility maintenance needs.
  • Use advanced negotiation skills to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
  • Lead major procurement projects to secure competitive pricing and supply chain stability.
  • Understand import/export customs procedures.
  • Help optimize procurement processes and KPIs.
  • Work with cross-functional teams on category management and procurement strategies.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in supply chain, engineering, business, finance, or related fields.
  • At least 6 years of procurement and supply chain experience; experience with instruments, IT equipment, and components is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation, market assessment, cost analysis, and stakeholder management skills; able to work independently.
  • Proficient in SAP.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and adaptable.
