Sr. Procurement Specialist

You will be responsible for managing procurement and suppliers for instruments, IT equipment, and components. This includes handling negotiations and contracts for administrative and facility maintenance needs. Your role will involve utilizing advanced negotiation skills to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement. You will also lead major procurement projects to secure competitive pricing and supply chain stability. In addition, you are expected to have a good understanding of import/export customs procedures and to help optimize procurement processes and KPIs. Collaboration with cross-functional teams on category management and procurement strategies will be a key part of your responsibilities. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree or above in supply chain, engineering, business, finance, or related fields. You should have at least 6 years of procurement and supply chain experience, with experience in instruments, IT equipment, and components considered a plus. Strong negotiation, market assessment, cost analysis, and stakeholder management skills are essential, and you should be able to work independently. Proficiency in SAP and fluency in English are also necessary. Being detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and adaptable are qualities that will contribute to your success in this role.,
