Job Summary:

The Procurement candidate will be responsible for planning, sourcing, initial level negotiating, and procuring materials and services required for projects, ensuring timely availability, cost efficiency, and quality compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procure all project-related materials and services in line with project specifications and schedules.
• Develop and maintain vendor database; evaluate and help in finalizing suppliers.
• Study and compare pricing, terms, and contracts to understand cost optimization.
• Coordinate with project, planning, and finance teams for material requirements and budgets.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials at site as per project schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and minimize wastage.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
• Prepare purchase orders, comparative statements, and procurement reports.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of construction materials and procurement processes.
• Should be well versed in preparing comparative statements, rate analysis, and cost-saving reports.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong ethical values.
• Strong vendor negotiation and cost-control skills.
• Strong coordination and communication abilities.
