Shift Timings: Fixed Night Shift – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM, 5 days a week

About the Role:
We are hiring an experienced Senior Procurement Executive to manage procurement, inventory, and stock replenishment. The role involves forecasting sales, maintaining optimal stock levels, and ensuring smooth supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Forecast sales and demand to plan procurement effectively.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Execute timely replenishment and manage vendor relationships.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and finance for inventory alignment.
• Analyze procurement and inventory data to identify trends and improve processes.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms, prices, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of stock, purchases, and procurement activities.

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or inventory management.
• Strong knowledge of stock replenishment and inventory control.
• Ability to forecast sales and manage inventory efficiently.
• Proficiency in ERP or inventory management systems.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
