Role Overview

We are looking for a Sr. Operations Executive to manage and optimize our end-to-end supply chain and operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in warehouse management, logistics, inventory, and process improvement, with a focus on cost efficiency and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day supply chain operations across D2C, B2C, and B2B channels.

Manage warehouse operations – inbound, outbound, inventory control, RTV, and RTO.

Ensure OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance for all orders and dispatches.

Handle order management systems (OMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS) to streamline processes.

Coordinate with logistics partners to optimize first-mile, mid-mile, and last-mile deliveries.

Identify, onboard, and manage vendors to ensure smooth and cost-effective logistics.

Monitor and drive KPIs such as dispatch accuracy, delivery TAT, and cost per shipment.

Implement SOPs and ensure compliance across supply chain functions.

Provide data-driven insights for improving efficiency and reducing costs.

Support cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing) to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in operations/supply chain management, preferably in D2C/E-commerce/FMCG/Retail.

Strong knowledge of OMS/WMS systems (e.g., Vinculum, EasyEcom, Unicommerce).

Hands-on experience in logistics management, warehouse operations, and vendor handling.

Analytical and problem-solving mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
