Position: Senior Operations Executive – Pest Control

Qualification: B.Sc. Agriculture (Mandatory)

Experience: 1–2 years in Pest Control / Facility Management / Agriculture

Key Responsibilities

1. Service Operations & Execution

Plan, schedule, and execute daily pest control operations across client locations.

Conduct site assessments, identify pest issues, and recommend appropriate treatment methods.

Oversee execution of services such as cockroach, rodent, mosquito, termite & fly management.

Ensure timely service delivery and adherence to SOPs & safety guidelines.

2. Technical Expertise

Apply agricultural science knowledge to pest biology, infestation behaviour, and control methods.

Select correct chemicals, dosages, and application techniques as per government and industry norms.

Train technicians on pest identification, chemical handling, and safety protocols.

3. Team Management

Supervise pest control technicians and ensure productivity and discipline.

Conduct regular on-site audits, performance checks, and skill enhancement sessions.

4. Client Management

Handle client queries, inspections, complaints, and ensure high service satisfaction.

Maintain strong relationships with facility managers, admin teams, and key accounts.

Prepare service reports, infestation analysis, and improvement recommendations.

5. Compliance & Documentation

Maintain chemical stock records, MSDS, service logs, billing support, and audit documentation.

Ensure compliance with ISO standards, statutory norms, and safety guidelines.

6. Continuous Improvement

Identify areas of operational inefficiency and implement corrective actions.

Support new product trials, new techniques, and advanced IPM (Integrated Pest Management) solutions.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of entomology, pesticide application, and IPM practices.

Good communication, report writing, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle field operations and team movement planning.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).

Customer service-oriented approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,500.00 per month
