Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Services & Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, managing, and evaluating logistics and day-to-day operational tasks. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Plan, manage, and evaluate daily logistics operations. Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure service accuracy. Manage day-to-day operations and assist in improving workflow efficiency. Optimize operational processes and maintain high-quality standards. Order supplies and monitor inventory levels to support business continuity. Interact with customers and suppliers, address inquiries, and resolve issues effectively. Prepare and issue invoices as per the daily schedule. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred. A Marketing Manager (Social Media) is responsible for developing and executing a company’s social media strategy to boost brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive growth. They oversee content creation, community management, advertising, and performance analysis. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Management Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall business goals. Manage and grow company profiles across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and others. Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices. Community Engagement Monitor, respond to, and engage with comments, messages, and mentions. Build relationships with followers, influencers, and customers to foster brand loyalty. Performance Analysis Track and report on key performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.). Use analytics tools to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. Advertising & Brand Growth Plan and execute paid social media campaigns aimed at brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation. Optimize campaigns based on performance data and business objectives. Content Creation & Scheduling (preferred skill) Create, curate, and schedule engaging content including graphics, videos, blogs, and stories. Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and strategic posting. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3- 4 years of experience in social media management. Strong understanding of SEO principles and social media tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite). Excellent writing, creativity, and communication skills.
