Sales Internship

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Intern currently pursuing an MBA in Marketing to support our B2B sales and business development activities. The intern will be involved in lead generation, client interactions, proposal drafting, and supporting the sales team with day-to-day operations.

This internship offers hands-on learning in real B2B sales cycles, client pitches, negotiations, and market analysis.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Outreach

• Identify potential clients through research, LinkedIn, and industry databases.
• Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and messages.
• Set up meetings for the Sales Manager.

2. Sales Support

• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, quotations, and agreements.
• Maintain lead trackers, CRM entries, and follow-up sheets.
• Participate in client calls and meetings (online/offline).

3. Market Research

• Conduct competitor analysis and market mapping.
• Gather insights on pricing, service structures, and industry trends.

4. Client Coordination

• Coordinate with clients for site surveys, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Support the sales team in ensuring smooth onboarding of new clients.

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, meetings, and sales progress.
• Assist with MIS and data presentations for management review.

Skills Required

• Pursuing MBA in Marketing (1st or 2nd year students preferred).
• Strong communication skills (spoken & written).
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Confidence in speaking with clients and fixing meetings.
• Ability to multitask and handle field/office coordination.
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
