Sales Intern

Location: Okhla Industrial Estate, New Delhi - 110020(On-site)

Duration: 3–6 Months (based on learning & performance)

Stipend: ₹ 6,000

Preferred: Delhi-based candidates who speak Hindi & English

Key Responsibilities1.

Lead Generation & Market Research

  • Identify potential clients and categories for BTL and event activations.
  • Conduct basic market research on local brands, retailers, distributors, and event opportunities.

2. Client Interaction & Support

  • Assist the sales team in client communication and follow-ups.
  • Support in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and presentations.

3. On-Ground Activation Support

  • Coordinate with the operations team for event setups and executions.
  • Visit client locations, malls, retail outlets, and activation sites as required.

4. Coordination & Reporting

  • Help maintain sales reports, lead sheets, and daily activity logs.
  • Assist in vendor coordination for quotations, timelines, and deliverables.

5. Learning & Development

  • Learn how BTL activations are sold, priced, and executed.
  • Gain exposure to event planning, branding, promotions, and client servicing.

Candidate Requirements

  • Students or fresh graduates (MBA, Marketing, Mass Comm or any field).
  • Good communication: Hindi + English (Delhi local candidates preferred)
  • Eager to learn sales and marketing.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Comfortable with field visits and a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to make phone calls.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹6,000.00 per month
