Role Description

Coordinate with design team to develop designs based on the concept generated via research.Engaging with the PD team to restructure the sample linePlanning the social media calendar and building the content strategies for start-up brandsOptimising the workflow to deliver designs with high selection on timeTo deliver new concepts & collection to the clients as per new trends.Study the order pattern & plan the calendar of collection proposal for the clientsManage designed catalogues flyers websites newsletters for clients.Visual merchandising for in-house collections.Conduct Market Research quarterly, Gap Analysis, Trend Forecasting, and Competitor Analysis in terms of quality, innovation, price points, techniques & aesthetics.Basic Technical knowledge in jewellery designingHandling the domestic MarketCandidate should have an exposure in Domestic market

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of diamond jewellery manufacturing processes.Understanding of diamond grading, gold purity, and jewellery finishing.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic ERP systems.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Ability to handle multiple orders and deadlines simultaneously.
