Sr Manager Operations

As a Senior Manager - Operations at Aura Jewels, you will play a crucial role in leading multi-site operations, driving operational excellence, and ensuring sustainable profitability. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing end-to-end operations across multiple locations to align manufacturing operations with business objectives, improving cost-efficiency, productivity, and profitability. - Developing and implementing comprehensive manufacturing and business strategies, including executing Greenfield/Brownfield projects from concept to commissioning. - Implementing World Class Manufacturing (WCM) frameworks such as Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Multi-skilling to enhance performance and eliminate waste. - Leading automation initiatives, including the integration of robotics, AI-driven systems, and digital process optimization to enhance capacity and process reliability. - Ensuring strict adherence to quality standards, statutory compliance, and EHS protocols across all sites. - Building and nurturing high-performance teams, fostering a culture of safety, discipline, innovation, and accountability. Qualifications required for this role include: - B.E. / B. Tech in Mechanical, Automation, or Production Engineering from a reputed institute. - Minimum 15 years of experience in plant operations, manufacturing, or works management, with at least 7-10 years in senior leadership roles. - Exposure to automobile, auto-ancillary, jewelry, heavy engineering, process industry, or similar sectors.
