The Peptides Production Manager will oversee and manage the end-to-end production activities for peptide synthesis, ensuring timely delivery, compliance with quality standards, and adherence to regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for process optimization, team management, and collaboration across departments to achieve production targets effectively and efficiently. Roles and Responsibilities: - Develop and implement production plans in line with business objectives. - Ensure timely execution of production schedules for peptide synthesis, purification, and formulation. - Monitor production metrics to achieve efficiency, yield, and throughput targets. - Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness. - Implement best practices for peptide synthesis. - Troubleshoot and resolve process deviations or bottlenecks. - Ensure adherence to cGMP, ISO standards, and regulatory guidelines in all production activities. - Maintain complete and accurate batch records and documentation. - Lead, train, and motivate the production team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. - Implement and maintain EHS protocols in the production facility. A Production Officer is responsible for carrying out shift production activities by following instructions from superiors like the AGM or Sr. Manager. A key part of the role is ensuring all raw materials and required batch sheets are available on time for planned batches. You will coordinate with the Engineering department for timely maintenance and with QC for in-process and finished product analysis. The position requires you to strictly follow GMP and safety norms, attend EHS training, and adhere to relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) . You will monitor and maintain stipulated parameters such as temperature, pH, and pressure during batch processing and record any observed abnormalities or deviations. You are responsible for preparing, checking, and reviewing production instructions and documents like BPCR, BCLR, MFC, and SOPs . The role includes producing APIs (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) and intermediates according to pre-approved instructions. You will ensure production facilities and equipment are clean, maintained, and calibrated, and will verify the environmental conditions of controlled areas. You are also responsible for managing and verifying the health and hygiene of contract workers and controlling their performance. In the absence of your reporting person, you will take responsibility for production activities and ensure that all ERP entries are correctly made and that subordinates are trained on the system.

You will be responsible for performing and executing all maintenance activities related to Electrical & Automation Equipment in coordination with Electrical Engineers / Electrical Head. This includes attending Daily Tool Box Talk, obtaining permits for Job Safety analysis, and troubleshooting shift breakdown activities. You will also carry out assigned Electrical & Automation jobs as per the job plan, actively participate in energy-saving initiatives, and handle Interdepartmental Utility tasks for the entire plant. Additionally, you will record daily energy parameters and water flow meter readings, conduct Preventive Maintenance tasks, and understand technical drawings of electrical and instrument panels. Your duties will involve taking energy meter readings, maintaining Daily Electrical Log Books, and promptly reporting breakdown reports to the Sectional Head / Electrical Head with detailed observations and actions taken. It is essential to adhere to all plant safety rules, read previous shift reports for insights, ensure smooth power changeover, and attend EHS & 5S meetings while following protocols. LOTOTO of plant equipment should be performed when required, and any electrical waste generated during job execution must be removed promptly to maintain a high standard of cleanliness. You must comply with all safety protocols, report any accidents, incidents, near misses, or SOFI in Calderys EHS Software, and follow up for closure. Maintaining the highest level of 5S standard in the workplace is crucial. Additionally, you are expected to update your job knowledge and skills through technical training and discussions presented by HOD / Supervisors. Lastly, filling out all E&I Plant Improvement-related initiatives and Preventive Maintenance checklists provided by the sectional head and HOD is also part of your responsibilities.,
