Engineer QPC

Role Overview: You will be responsible for meeting the EHS protocols & regulatory norms in force. As a Shift In-charge in a 3 shift operation, you will oversee the In-process & Final Quality Control of castable & binders. Your role will involve testing CO3, Sp. Surface area and issuing working batch sheets. You will engage in dialogues with production regarding day-to-day quality issues and visit Customer Sites to attend Customer Complaints to understand the practical application of products. Additionally, you will be involved in QC & QA of incoming raw materials, handling Third Party Inspections, and ensuring the maintenance of 5S standards in the workplace. It will be your responsibility to coach all team members on Safe Behaviors and maintain clean & tidy workspaces.
