Engineer QPC

Role Overview: You will be responsible for meeting the EHS protocols & regulatory norms in force and conducting in-process & final quality control of castable & binders. As a Shift In-charge in a 3 shift operation, you will be required to test CO3 and Specific Surface area, issue working batch sheets, and engage in dialogue with production on day-to-day quality issues. Additionally, you will visit customer sites to attend customer complaints and understand the practical application of products. Your role will also involve QC & QA of incoming raw materials, handling third party inspections, meeting ISO norms, and reporting daily testing results. You will be responsible for maintaining test records and ensuring 5S standards in the workplace. It is crucial that you coach all team members on safe behaviors and involve in the feedback process regarding SOFI items, accidents, and incidents in consultation with sectional heads.
