Operator - RDS

In this role as a Production Supervisor at Calderys in Katni, India, you will be responsible for managing the production operations in the Refractory Solutions, Foundry & Metal Flow markets. Working under the guidance of the RDS Line Manager, your primary focus will be on ensuring adherence to EHS protocols, production planning, warehouse management, quality standards, and resource utilization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Ensure all team members wear mandatory safety gear before starting any activity and conduct daily Safety Toolbox Meetings - Implement and sustain work permits, participate in safety programs/drives, conduct monthly BBS visits, and coach team members on safe behaviors - Operate PCPF oven, load materials in Oven Car, and maintain shift reports - Keep records such as production reports, training reports, audit reports, and tools records - Conduct LOT operations, ensure safety compliance, and report daily observations - Maintain 5S standards, conduct job-specific trainings, and participate in STM & Dashboard meetings - Check equipment daily, report breakdowns, monitor in-process quality control, and record data as per process requirements **Qualifications Required:** - Graduation/ITI qualification - Reading and writing proficiency in English/Hindi - Minimum of 2 years of industrial experience in a similar field is preferred Calderys, an international company with over 100 years of expertise, offers a dynamic work environment where performance is valued, learning is encouraged, and growth opportunities are abundant.
