Assistant Engineer - Production

Role Overview: As the incumbent, your primary responsibility will be to maintain a safe behavior culture and implement EHS protocols during your shift. Your duties will include ensuring timely production and achieving the desired output from different press machines, as well as overseeing the quality of the products and intermediate processes. Effective coordination with inter-departments, meeting quality and efficiency parameters, and achieving departmental KPIs are crucial aspects of your role. Leading continuous process improvement projects, providing necessary training to enhance the skills of workers, and implementing cost control approaches are also key components of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will be tasked with OEE improvement in the Plant and ensuring compliance with internal and external audits. Proficiency in IMS standards (QMS, EMS & ENMS) will be indispensable for the successful execution of your duties.
