The Senior Merchandiser plays a crucial role in overseeing all Online related activities encompassing the digital presence of the brand. This includes managing catalog activities, online store selection, presentation, stock fulfilment, authoring critical paths, and ensuring seamless integration of departmental functions. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous approach to drive activities, meet deadlines, and uphold excellence within the team. **CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:** Critical Path Planning and Execution: - Creating, dispersing, and planning critical path adherence for the online store. - Collaborating with studio, catalog inventory, and retail stores for product selection, visualization, and collateral receipts while maintaining standards and quality. Product Oversight: - Managing the product and product collaterals cycle within online team activities and maintaining accurate record-keeping. - Demonstrating a strong understanding of product craftsmanship and textile knowledge to oversee descriptions and definitions when necessary. Shoots and Budgetary Functions: - Coordinating all shoot-related functions internally and externally, including product procurement, liaison with shoot and studio teams, and return of products. - Developing, maintaining, and updating departmental budget sheets and details. Admin Oversight: - Ensuring timely and efficient management and execution of all administrative functions within the team. Common Departmental Tasks: - Design tagging of inbound stock. - Managing stock/product requirements for photography campaigns and special promotions. **SKILLS:** - Excellent organization and delegation skills. - Ability to multitask effectively. - Strong knowledge and mastery of data recording, analytics, and reporting tools, including Excel. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and perceptive skills to interact with both in-house teams and external partners, local vendors, brands, and collaboration partners. Proficient in Tamil, English, and Hindi. - Background in textile, preferably in the woven crafts sector. - High sense of organization and aptitude for process creation. **QUALIFICATIONS:** - 3-5 years of Fashion Management or relevant work experience. - Background in handloom products & luxury craft is a welcome plus, either academically or through career-related experience.,
