Senior Marketing Executive Location: New Delhi, India Department: Marketing Reporting To: Pune / Delhi Branch Office Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and skills) ______________ Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Marketing Executive with 2–4 years of experience, preferably from a Mechanical Engineering background. The ideal candidate should possess strong research capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to support our sales and marketing initiatives through lead generation, client engagement, and follow-ups. This is a full-time, office-based role in New Delhi. ______________ Key Responsibilities: Market Research & Analysis: Conduct online and field research to identify new market opportunities, understand industry trends, and track competitor activities. Direct customer visits as required. Lead Generation & Qualification: Generate and qualify potential leads to ensure a steady pipeline of sales opportunities. Client Communication & Follow-Ups: Maintain professional communication with potential and existing clients through emails, calls, and timely follow-ups to build and nurture strong business relationships. Cold Calling & Outreach: Confidently make outbound calls to prospective clients, explain company offerings, and handle initial objections. Database Management: Maintain and regularly update lead and client data using CRM tools, ensuring information accuracy and completeness. Software Proficiency: Use Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software efficiently for reporting and documentation. ______________ Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. 2–4 years of proven experience in a marketing or sales role. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities. Conduct research to gather data on customer preferences and market trends. Analyze findings to provide actionable insights for business strategies. Create reports and presentations to aid decision-making.
