Sr. Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

The Marketing Executive is responsible for executing marketing campaigns, supporting brand promotion, conducting market research, and coordinating with internal and external teams to build brand visibility and generate leads. This role ensures alignment between marketing strategies and business goals.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns (online & offline) for products or services.
• Coordinate with the sales team for product promotion activities and customer engagement programs.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps.
• Support the creation of marketing collaterals including brochures, presentations, banners, and digital content.
• Manage social media accounts, website updates, and online visibility in coordination with the digital marketing team.
• Organize and participate in trade shows, CME programs, conferences, and product launches.
• Maintain relationships with vendors, printers, designers, and event agencies for timely delivery of materials.
• Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and prepare reports for management.
• Assist in budgeting and planning of marketing expenses.
• Support internal communications and employee engagement activities if required.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Good understanding of marketing principles and branding
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Creative thinking and content development ability
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools
• Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, or basic design tools is an advantage
• Attention to detail and multitasking ability

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,086.27 - ₹34,544.51 per month
