Job Description

Job Summary: The Staff Nurse is responsible for delivering quality nursing care to patients in accordance with clinical standards and hospital protocols. The role involves patient assessment, medication administration, monitoring, and coordination with doctors and other healthcare staff. Roles & Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vitals and administering medications. Assist doctors during rounds and procedures. Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation. Ensure infection control, hygiene, and patient safety practices are followed. Prepare patients for diagnostic tests, surgeries, or discharge as needed. Communicate with patients and families regarding care and progress. Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies. Follow nursing protocols, hospital policies, and standard care guidelines. Qualifications: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution Registered with State Nursing Council Experience: 0–3 years (freshers can be considered based on training) Skills & Competencies: Clinical knowledge and practical nursing skills Compassionate and patient-centered approach Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in shifts and handle emergencies Familiarity with hospital information systems (HIS) is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹41,583.23 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Evening shift Fixed shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Night shift Rotational shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Joining bonus Overtime pay Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Shift allowance Yearly bonus Language: Hindi (Preferred) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 23/04/2025
