Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecalling Executive to join our team. The role involves interacting with customers over the phone to promote products/services, generate leads, handle queries, and provide excellent customer support. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Roles and Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to explain products/services. Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries or concerns. Maintain and update customer database with accurate information. Generate leads and convert prospects into clients. Follow up with customers for feedback and further engagement. Handle objections and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Maintain a courteous and friendly tone during all interactions. Work closely with the sales/marketing/support team to meet business goals. Qualifications: Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred. Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or a customer service role is an advantage. Freshers with good communication skills can also apply. Skills Required: Excellent verbal communication in Hindi/English (regional language knowledge is a plus). Good listening and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle rejections and maintain professionalism. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM systems, email usage). Target-driven and self-motivated.
