Sr. Marketing Associate

Job Description:
The Sr. Marketing Associate has a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies. Develops strong and innovative digital marketing strategies, using SEO, PPC, social media, and other techniques to drive traffic to company pages and generate interest in company products and services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute content marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing strategies to engage target audiences and generate leads.
  • Plan and optimize digital campaigns across Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Microsoft Ads, and other PPC channels integrating SEO and SEM best practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with content creators, designers, and sales and delivery teams to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing efforts.
  • Utilize marketing analytics tools like GA4 to monitor performance, generate insights, and recommend data-driven optimizations.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and technologies to enhance marketing efficiency, automate routine tasks, and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage audience segmentation, campaign workflows, and lead nurturing processes for improved conversion rates.
  • Exhibit strong project management and communication skills, delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience
  • Proficiency in using Marketing Tech Stack such as Google Analytics, Google/Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, HubSpot, and other PPC channels is necessary
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Knowledge about social media marketing campaigns (Linkedin, Facebook, etc.)
  • Up-to-date with the latest AI-trends and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies as well as plan and execute on deliverable
