Primary Responsibilities

Conduct preventive maintenance of equipment and machineries wrt utilities, HPMC, Special purpose Equipment Dryer, Reactor, Boiler Medium pressure etc.Monitoring process parameters and carry out corrective actions for utilities and HPMC.Ensure availability of critical spares in ready to use condition to maintain plant up-timeConduct condition-based maintenance along with the mechanical and electrical worksAnalyse data from available log books, DCS systems and accordingly prioritize line of actions for mitigationMaintain documentation related to maintenance and machine history cardsCompliance to regulatory and statutory norms for IBR and SMPV rules.Develop alternate vendor & conduct risk assessments in order to mitigate risk and adhere to compliance.Ensure machine health for continuous operations.Ensure adherence to c-GMP, regulatory & statutory compliances, TPM and other applicable norms.Planning & execute capacity expansion and other improvement projects in the facilityPlan and execute innovative projects in various fields based on advanced technologies for synchronization of process/utility by automation, productivity increase and energy conservation.
